This Los Angeles-based firm seeks a litigation partner with a $700K-$800K book of business to serve as outside counsel to companies.  The firm’s current clients include Nordstrom, Ralphs, Albertsons, National Fence and Robbins Brothers, among others.  If you’re interested in working for the Valley’s “blue chip” law firm, this may be a wonderful fit for you. 

Associate

This Bay Area firm is looking for a 2004-2006 corporate associate with relevant experience in one or more of the following practice areas: private equity venture capital, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities and/or public finance for the China group in PA. Chinese language skills a plus, but not required.  This is sure to be an exciting and challenging position.
